2026 Community Needs Assessment: We Want to Hear From You

Community Bridge Solution LLC is conducting a community needs assessment to better understand the challenges facing residents, seniors, families, and small businesses throughout Nassau County and the greater Jacksonville area.

As our communities continue to grow and change, we are exploring whether additional local resources and services would benefit area residents and businesses. Before developing these services, we want to hear directly from the community.

We are seeking feedback on potential services such as:
Scam prevention education and review servicesCommunity information and referral services
Emergency preparedness and disaster planning resourcesEducational workshops and practical guides
Senior social activities and community connectionsSmall business support resources
Google Business Profile assistanceWebsite and business operations guidance
Future technology and automation resources for individuals and small businesses
Participation is open to:
ResidentsAdults age 55+
Family caregiversSmall business owners
Community organizationsProfessional service providers

The survey requires only a few minutes to complete. Responses will help determine whether these services would be valuable to the community and assist in prioritizing future programs based on local needs.

There is no obligation to purchase anything. This is strictly a community research project intended to gather public input.

Thank you in advance for helping us better understand the needs of our community.
