Do your parents need assistance, but you don’t know who to trust?
We offer one-on-one matching, coordination, and monitoring services with our vetted service providers.
Is your mom in an assisted living facility and with your own family to care for, you have little time to visit her to make sure she is being looked after?
We offer pre -placement and post-placement services to assist you one-on-one as you go through the intake process and after placement. These services are available on a one-time basis, every 90 days or more frequently, as needed.
Have your parents or someone you care about been targeted by scammers, and you want to protect them, but you are not sure where to go for help?
We offer a pre-scam review service and work with clients on a one-on-one basis to determine if they have been targeted by a scammer prior to being scammed. If there is a strange call, email, text, or someone strange comes to the door, we suggest that our clients call us first before being trapped in a situation of being fooled into a scammer’s trap. We also educate clients on tactics used by scammers.
Should a disaster happen, do you have all of your important information recorded and off-site?
We have a pre-disaster vault program, which provides an automated system to store and record all of your important information should you have to file a claim with your insurance company. In addition, as an add-on service, we offer off-site safe locations to store and protect your data. By storing your data off-site in non-Internet storage locations, your data is protected from hackers and internet outages.
Do you or your family member need help understanding how to use iPhones, internet software, preparing paperwork, or other things?
We offer workshops and training for our clients on using and understanding technology. In addition, we offer upskill training opportunities.
